Senior Design Project:

Project Lead of a multi-disciplinary team of 8 engineers who designed, budgeted, and sequenced the construction of a raw water

pump station used to transport cooling water to a nuclear power plant. Used Six Sigma DMADV methodology to develop and

maintain a detailed Project Plan for the entire lifecycle of the project. Throughout the entire lifecycle of the project was

responsible for analyzing system and customer requirements, process analysis, multi-criteria decision analysis, and economic

analysis.

Junior Design:

Worked with a team of 3 Systems Engineers and used Six Sigma DMAIC methodology to redesign the Systems Engineering

Department’s Advising GPA Calculator which is used by all students and advisors.

all customers by offering substantial knowledge of full range of available parts and applications. Assisted with 61% vertical

growth of branch over a one year span with the use of cold calling. Generated competitive pricing when formulating quotes.

Maintained accurate inventory while receiving and shipping necessary inventory daily.

NHUB Distribution Center - High Point, NC June 2008 - August2012

• Picking Department Lead- Assisted in the management of a team of 30 pickers. Systematically delegated pickers to a variety

of subdivisions to ensure completion of total required daily demand. Emphasized accuracy, consistency, and precision to all

employees to fortify quality and productivity while maximizing overall department efficiency. In collaboration with leading
