1: Data Migration from Legacy Customer to Product version
Clients : Affinia, Allergan, Carefusion, ITT, IngersollRand,
Hussman, ITT Xylem and Materion

Description: we have a single codebase product version for the
Processmap EHS product. All the legacy customers who are in separate
codebase are needed to migrate to the product version to bring all legacy
customers to single platform. This provides a business intelligence
solution for Migrating Legacy Customers to Product Version. There was a
requirement to an ETL Package to Migrate the Legacy Customer data to
Product and implement all the Business rules that are supported with the
Customer System.
Responsibilities:
. Gap analysis of Legacy Objects with Product version Objects and
creating the DB Object Mappings.
. Developed ETL packages for data migration from legacy customers to
customer product version.
. Implemented Package Configuration to create setup and also deployment
at different environments like development, QA, UAT and production.
. Lead a team of 5 members in developing module wise ETL packages for
migration.

Description:
The aim of this project was to Design an Automated ETL Solution for HRMS
Data Migration. The requirement was Client use to provide the Data in
different sources like (Text / Excel / CSV / XML) in FTP, which contains
the employee information which has to be migrated to SQL Server Database
as per the business rules in the application.
Responsibilities:
. Involved in gathering the requirements and preparing the specifications
for the client according to the application requirements.
. Lead team of 3 in developing the ETL packages.
. Creating Packages in SSIS Designer using Control Flow and Data Flow
Transformations to implement business rules.
. Extracted data from various sources like SQL Server 2005/2008, CSV,
Excel and Text file from Client servers and through FTP

Data conversion, Aggregate, Conditional split, SQL task, Script task

Description:
There were few performance issues in the application EHS Metrics for the
above mentioned clients hence there was a need to improve the performance
of the screens and build reports in an easier way. This project provides
a business intelligence solution for EHS Metrics. A Data Mart has been
built for this module and using ETL tool (SQL Server Integration
Services).
Responsibilities:
. Involved in writing the scripts for loading the data into the data mart
and worked on performance tuning.
. Built the SSAS cubes using the Data Mart.
. Created many reports in SSRS using the cubes built.
. Built a report model to give the Report Builder to the users to
generate the reports as per their requirements.
