PROJECT: Ericson and Commissioning Medium Density Fiber (MDF) plant with

capacity of 350 Cubic Meter/day and of 10 Megawatt of Power consumption. It is a

fully automated plant. It includes a Boiler of 11 kg capacity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAINTENANCE: ELECTRICAL

Maintenance of Electric Motors-Low voltage motors, Motors for motion

control, High voltage AC motors and DC motors etc.

Transformer (3000VA) testing and maintenance

ACB (3200A), VCB (800A), MCCB (630A) installation and maintenance.

Converters-Low voltage converter, Medium voltage converters, DC converters.

All types of motor starters.

Electric Ac Drives Brand – Siemens and ABB Installation and commissioning.

Maintenance and installation of AC motors up to 250 KW

Servo Drives and servo motors maintenance.

DG set 750KVA maintenance.

MAINTENANCE: INSTRUMENTATIONS

All types PLC fault diagnosis and rectification.

Load Cell and weighing meter maintenance.

Installation and Calibration of temperature controller and pressure controller.

Limit Switches and Sensors (Proximity Sensors, Grecon Sensors, Minimax

Sensors) etc.

Maintenance and installation Pneumatic Valves, Control valves, Solenoid

valves.

Temperature controller, Pressure controller, Flow controller Installation and

B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering in 2012 by First Class

with 67.10%, from ITM University Gurgaon.

SSC Passed with 74% from Haryana Board of school Education in 2010.

HSC Passed with 88% from Haryana Board of school Education in 2008.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:

Obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Automation (PGDIA) And Full

Siemens course from Technocrat Automation Pvt Limited (IAO Accredited),

Chennai. With 6 months hands on practical experience in Industrial Automation
