(SUI) is a holdings company for Colorado Natural Gas, Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Summit Natural Gas of Maine, Wolf Creek Energy LLC, and Summit Utilities Management Services. SUI employs a corporate engineering team to take the lead on all engineering efforts company-wide, which leads to a tremendous amount of engineering work in system maintenance and upgrades, material specifications and selection, code compliance, new system design, managing consultants and strategic planning.

Project Engineer (Current Position; 2013 Performance Appraisal available upon request)

I mentor, train and manage workloads for Engineering Technicians and Design Engineers. Review and manage work from engineering consultants. Conduct and oversee all facets of engineering design; mechanical, civil, electrical, etc. Manage company-wide engineering tasks and utilize personnel from SUI and all subsidiary companies to complete tasks.

Conduct weekly engineering meetings and actively participate in various planning meetings; operational, legal, marketing, strategic, etc. Ensure code compliance and oversee development of all construction documents. Highly involved in strategic planning, risk management, feasibility studies and project forecasting. As lead engineer, work closely with Director of Engineering and Construction to satisfy engineering expectations and requests of Executive Officers. Led a team in the development of SUI’s largest transmission and distribution networks ($615 million & $152 million projects)

serving over 60,000 meters in Maine. Helped develop a local team in Maine and trained them on SUI processes.

Design Engineer II & Design Engineer I (Former Positions)

Improved efficiency and accuracy of system design procedure far beyond set goals by introducing new programs and processes to appropriately tailor it to satisfy SUI’s primary strategic and operational needs. Designed SUI’s largest gas system (at the time) through data collection, data organization, model construction and model solving. Undertook highly

technical design work; compressor stations, AC mitigation, cathodic protection, etc. Designed and procured a variety of mechanical stations. Participated in preparation of contract documents for construction. Prepared technical memos for executive officers and taught engineering tutorials for J.P. Morgan board members.

Engineering Technician (Former Position)

Created the SUI natural gas system design procedure from the ground up. Prepared various permits and easement documents. Solved real world civil and mechanical engineering problems. Gained valuable experience in reading engineering plans. Participated in a great deal of construction inspection and site visits to gain field experience.

COMBAT TRAINING SOLUTIONS (FORT SMITH, ARKANSAS) SUMMER 2008

Field technician responsible for the installation and detonation of battlefield effects used to train the Army National

Guard. Job required precise coordination with platoon leaders and self-management.
