Verizon data services, Tampa, FL 1998 - 2014

IT organization that runs & supports global Verizon Communications

corporation, for internal & external customers.

Technical Lab Manager (2013 - 2014)

Responsible for several test and development labs across the Verizon

footprint. Moved every system in Tampa lab to a new subnet. Maintained all

hardware and OS software across several platforms including SUN, LINUX, HP,

& AIX. Have physically replaced parts and serviced local hardware. Also

participated in hardware and software audits.

Technical Manager / Project Manager (2011 - 2013)

Saved company money by upgrading, refreshing, and eliminating old hardware

and operating systems. Managed teams to coordinate hardware and software of

new systems as well as removal of old systems including HP Superdomes

throughout entire company. Responsible for application portfolios and

reported directly to executive management re systems. Provided status

reports and presentations to executive management and group forums and
