THE US MARINE CORPS UNIVERSITY CAMPUS MASTER PLAN AND DESIGN GUIDELINES, VA: Planner. The

to enhance the design through creating directed views, applying sustainable design strategies, and limiting
vehicular access to the majority of the new campus. The master plan builds upon a few historic buildings in
addition to the river setting to capture and create dynamic open spaces as well as establishing new academic
neighborhoods, achieving more architectural harmony, and providing better vehicular and pedestrian
circulation. Design Guidelines ensure new construction harmony as well as provide sample site design
projects for select open spaces including preliminary cost estimates.
ARCADIA LAND COMPANY, BRYNE EYRE DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN, BERKS COUNTY, PA: Planner.
EDAW prepared a development master plan and design guidelines for New Morgan, resulting in the creation
of a mixed use new town on the site of an existing ore mine. The plan combines neo traditional planning
