Directly responsible for the resource management for quality assurance, configuration

management, and systems integration efforts performed by contractors, vendors, and

employees at the Government customer’s facility.

Prepared engineering analyses of wind loading to ensure effectiveness in extreme

Coordinated the flight-test schedule to ensure the on-board monitoring and reporting

system, as well as the ground-based recording and analysis systems were operational, and
