addressing change order issues to ensure timely resolution of all issues.

Initiated, priced and negotiated major change orders on all projects.

Coordinated and directed activities of Project Managers and

Superintendents. Successfully negotiated over $3 million of change orders

for additional work and delay claims.

compliance during construction. Met with Owner's representatives on a

scheduled basis to ensure projects were on time and to take a proactive

approach to any problems. Prepared and secured over $10 million in change

orders for additional work and / or delay / acceleration claims.

include $150 million underground utility, airport runway extension, County

expressway, Interstate highway and bridge construction, County school

prepared and received delay claim from City of Cape Coral in the amount of
