I am a detail orientated Survey Crew Chief with over 11 years of experience. I am self motivated and require little to no supervision. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with some excellent surveyors and some of the newest and cutting edge equipment since I first began surveying. I can also perform research and am familiar with AutoCAD and most office software.

I have been on a wide variety of projects from residential and commercial construction stake-out, heavy highway stake-out, including bridgework, topo for design for new freeway systems and upgrading existing ones, locating and/or setting and stamping R.O.W. monuments, setting aerial targets and control networks including 3-wire leveling for large highway projects.

I have performed many ALTA surveys, property surveys, as-builts, wetland delineation and landfill remediation surveys, flood certifications, feasibility surveys, utility location and stake-out, public land section break-down in Arizona as well as metes and bounds surveys here in New York, the largest over 2,000 acres. I have also worked Inside several of the prisons in and around the Hudson Valley area for the New York State Dept. of Corrections.

My boundary experience has been done using conventional equipment running 2 and 3 man crews and I have also completed many as a 1 man crew using robotic total stations. I have over 3 years experience using robotics and 9 years using GPS to perform all types of surveys as a 1 man crew.

In Arizona we had a contract with Yavapia County to find and/or set all section and quarter corners for the whole county. I also performed on-call work for the cities of Flagstaff, Winslow, and Holbrook, setting control for their projects and doing deterioration surveys on several of the levees in Northern Arizona. I did the aerial panels, boundary, topo and staking for 5 miles of new fence along the Arizona Mexico border in Lukeville.

I am experienced with several versions of AutoCAD from 14 to C3D 2012 and Microstation to correct any linework errors in the field prior to giving it to the to the draftsmen. I have a few years doing research.

I have had no accidents in over 25 years and no moving violations in over 12 years.

I have over 14 years experience in residential construction as a Carpenter, Carpenter Foreman, Assistant Superintendent and Estimator.

Skills:

5 years using Leica 500 and 1200 GPS, 2 years with Ashtech, 1-1/2 years using Trimble R8 and almost a year with Topcon hyper+.

3-1/2 years using Leica robotic total stations as a one, two and three man crew.

Total stations from Topcon, Trimble, and Nikon with several models from each.

Proficient with HP-48, Recon, TSC, TSC2, TSC3, FC-100 and 200, as well as Ranger, Husky and some Carlson data collectors.

Office software using several versions of AutoCAD from AutoCAD 14 to Civil 3D 2012, Microstation, some Eaglepoint, Leica GeoOffice, etc.

Familiar with office software such as MS-Office, Outlook, and Excel.
