assigned organizational unit(s); Strategically deliver Human Resources programs and

responsible for the development of an overall people strategy for organizational units;

Anticipate the need for and introduce new people strategies to solve business challenges;

Proactively identify opportunities to improve organization performance through enhanced

employee effectiveness; Direct and oversee the implementation of HR programs and

initiatives in the following areas: Talent Management, employee engagement, change

management, total rewards consultation, leadership coaching, employee development,

manpower planning, staffing, management development, organizational development,

succession planning, employee relations, and diversity.

• Culture and Organization Effectiveness – Working with the Group Organizational

Development Manager, understand the business strategy and identify opportunities to

improve organizational capability and drive culture change to align the organization with

the strategy. Ability to diagnose gaps between current and desired organization

performance and deploy actions to resolve gap, including organization redesign, process

change, change management, coaching and training. Ensure organization practices align

with the firm’s Philosophy.

• Assessment and Selection – Ability to assess and select top talent in a timely manner.

Develop and analyze metrics that measure the success of staffing efforts, build leadership

and organizational capability across all functional areas.

• Performance Management: Through the performance management system assure that

annual employee job performance assessments are conducted. Provide coaching and

consulting to business leaders on effective performance management intervention and

improving the quality of the performance management feedback process to achieve goals

and improve business results.

• Coaching, Consulting and facilitating – Provide guidance and direction to business

leaders on people management policies, processes and systems including organization

effectiveness and talent management.

• Employee Communications: Advocate employee communications processes that inform

employees as well as to assure two way communications between employees and

management.

• Development & Training: Manage these processes to facilitate employee development.

• Legal Compliance: Assure that the business has in place processes that comply with

local, state and federal legal requirements in the areas of employment and employment

administration.

• Compensation: Lead all compensation programs to assure competitive pay practices

through systems that strive to reward superior employee performance and manage annual

Merit plans and Programs.

• Employee Relations - Drives positive employee relations and employee engagement.
