2002 to April, 2013: Holiday Inn National: hire
and train new team members, scheduling and supervise the housekeeping and
laundry daily activities, ordering amenities and supplies. Inventory of
lines and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction and supervise 32 to 35 team
members; maintain great communication with all the operations departments;
coverage MOD. Helped with renovation of lobby and guest rooms
1987- 2002: Ramada Rockville: hire and train
housekeeping team members as well as banquet and security personnel,
payroll for all the hotel staff, code invoices, scheduling, ordering, serve
continental breakfast for the hotel guests, helped with opening the Red
Brick Caf in May of 2002. Helped with the hotel renovation from November
of 2001 through February of 2002; helped at the front desk when necessary;
did MOD shifts twice a month.
1986-1987 Best Western Center City: assistant
housekeeper, schedule housekeeping and laundry staff; supervised 12 team
members and helped with any project.
1982-1986 Linden Hill Hotels: started as room
attendant cleaning the guest rooms and in 1983 was promoted as housekeeping
supervisor to inspect rooms and ensure the cleanliness of the hotel.
