harassment and wrongful discharge. Winning at two lower level court hearings the case continued to escalate to

several higher courts, each time winning due to the diligent and exacting documentation I provided despite the

Through training and motivation installed safety programs which union employees embraced reducing the

XMOD from an excess of 100% to 62% creating new business opportunities and decreasing overhead.
