Blue Crest Management / Association Debt Recovery 2011 - 2013

I was in charge of assisting delinquent homeowners in catching up on their

arrears and out of bank Foreclosure

and legal problems. Collected well over $300,000.00 since the beginning of

2012 until company was closed

down by the owner June 21, 2013.

Royal Management Services: 2009 - 2011

Managed a portfolio of 8 community associations. Supervised all

subcontractor work, acquired all proposals, handled unit owner complaints,

inspected properties for any and all maintenance problems and corrected

same.

Becker Management, Inc. (Sole Proprietor) since 1993. Closed company as of

January 1, 2008, providing property management and consulting services.
