. Title: Infrared Object Counter With Alarm
. Short Details of Project: Infrared object counter with alarm are
popular due to their low cost, good efficiency, low maintenance and
fast pick up. The infrared object counter can be installed at the
entry gate to count the total no of people entering any venue. The
counter uses an infrared transmitter and receiver pair and two seven
segment display it work even in the presence of normal light. The
maximum detection range is two meter.
. Title: Simulation of Leon Processor And Comparative Study of Leon And
Microblaze Processor
. Short Details of Project: The Leon VHDL model implements a 32
bit processor. It is designed for embedded application. The
Leon processor is simulated on cygwin platform. Cygwin is an
open source collection of tools that allows UNIX or Linux
applications to be compiled and run on a windows operating
system. For LEON simulation we used modelsim. Modelsim
supports VHDL language. Configurability is a key feature of
the project. Micro blaze is proprietary 32 bit RISC
architecture. We compared the performance of Leon processor
and Micro blaze processor
