• Currently General Manager Rooftop M.D. specializing in residential roof cleaning. Performed the role of

salesman and utilized occasional temporary help when needed. Worked directly with customers and to

insure satisfaction of work.

• Developed a marketing strategy which covers a customer base of corporate contacts as well as private

homeowners. Designed sales materials from sales presentations to business cards.

SIMOS, August 2010 – July 2011 A third party logistics company specializing in distribution and

warehousing operating on a cost per unit basis.

Originally hired to train and manage a second shift packing department for Williams Sonoma during the

Christmas holiday peak season. The success of my team resulted in a request from the company to

document my training procedures for implementation by the other teams. Given responsibility for the

training of over 200 associates over a four month period. Developed and revised training curriculum

and methods.

Using LEAN concepts consistently produced high profit margins and was asked to continue

employment past the peak season. I have been assigned exclusively to the Williams Sonoma accounts,

working at four locations in Tennessee and in Mississippi.

Assigned task of designing and implementing an audit program to improve quality on the packing lines

by the General Manager. As a result of the new program, quality improved from 96.4% to 99.6%

accuracy for customer impact errors. The majority of the improvement was seen within three weeks of

the initial implementation.

Certified on all motorized material handling equipment, at all buildings, with a perfect safety record.

Asked to lead effort to revise and implement Safety observation forms.

Working as Production Supervisor, responsible for supervising daily operations of up to 300

associates during peak season. Duties include scheduling work, training and overseeing associates

through a network of team leads. Responsible for monitoring team and individual performance to
