Over the course of four years at Staples, I had many responsibilities and duties. I was the department lead of
both technology repair and consumer electronic sales. I was certified by Staples for on-site and in-store
computer repair. My duties included but were not limited to, overseeing a team of associate, coaching and
training on repair, customer service and selling. Maintaining manager on duty status in the absence of
others, verifying and counting large cash deposits, enforcing code of conduct and policies, making budgets
and action plans to help the technology repair department grow. Maintained top 90th percentile in Customer
Satisfaction Assessment Tests company-wide. Sustained store displays and utilized product placement in
order to effectively reach the target market. Updated our order management system daily with accurate
