Assistant/Referral Case Manager in the community of Coney Island to help
people who were affected and traumirtized by Hurricane Sandy. I assisted in
helping people from diverse populations with various needs to get help with
housing, Medicaid/Medicare, HIV/AIDS, Immagration, Unemployment, Mental
Therapy and counseling as well as many other social sevice resources and
referrals to help them reattain a life of comfort and contentment . This
postion ended due to a lack of funding in September 2013.
