associate lending authority. Managed multiple queues to ensure
application turn times. Develop and implement operating policies and
procedures with in the unit and ensured compliance with banking
policies as well as state and federal regulations. Develop implement

position in processing and closing department, assisted with
processing and closing mortgages including conventional, FHA and non-
conforming loans, worked with compliance department preparing reports
for HMDA and various state licensing audits. Worked directly under
pipeline manger assisting with various tasks to relieve processors and
closers due to workload, vacation or illness.
. 2006- 2008 - AVP Credit and Underwriting - SunTrust Bank; Premium
Assignment Corp, Tallahassee FL - Managed department consisting of
underwriters, loan processors, and data entry staff of 15 direct
reports and 10 additional indirect reports. Credit review and approval
for commercial insurance loans averaging $100,000 up to $1M without
additional approval for finance company with 2.6B in gross sales.
Structured deals and reviewed credit for a variety of commercial
customers in a semi collateralized environment, using financial
statement analysis, D&B reports etc. Supervised the processing and
closing of loan packages from application to funding.

average sale of $350,000, in upscale residential area of Tallahassee.
Processed Real Estate documents from sale through closing. Developed

all budgeting and cash flow management for small business grossing
approx. 2M. Responsible for all decisions regarding various contract
negotiations including tax programs, vendor programs and business
