Successfully leading, planning, budgeting and directing the company operations and accountable for implementing

regional marketing strategies for lawn, tree, pest control and holiday lighting services with an annual advertising budget

of $1M. Adroitly handling overall brand operations including content development, design, messaging, and logo

In charge of all marketing & communications activities for the ‘Building Energy Code Program’ with an allocated budget

of $250K annual funded by the Department of Energy. Strove to put across brand message by planning & implementing

right brand communiqué via website design, collateral development etc.

Key Projects & Accomplishments:

• Led creation, development and deployment of State compliance booklets, a "package" of building efficiencies

standards and compliance right from design of the building, structure, lighting, windows, including all aspects of a

commercial and residential structure.

• Instrumental in revamp of the program website conversion to a Content Management System, Drupal.

• Streamlined communication processes between internal and DOE, specifically on projects with deliverables. This

helped in adhering to deadlines and saving overhead costs.

• Worked in conjunction with Lab Events coordinator in planning and executing annual Building Energy Sales

National event. Also developed collateral to support the training which helped to promote the Train-the-Trainer

series of events.

• Implemented efficient processes with the production of materials; savings over $3M in production expenses;

awarded Outstanding Contribution to the Lab.

• Increased awareness on the C.A.R.E.S campaign by creating and positioning a separate tab; expanded traditional

• Launched our new brand at CES – the largest tech consumer trade show in the world to roll out our new identity.

This helped increased visibility nationally.

• Also led the Phase 2 roll out for the APAC region which resulted in greater visibility in breaking into new markets

(Japan, Korea), as well as Australia and New Zealand. Worked with channel partners overseas.

• Kicked off the new identity at the Singapore new office event in presence of press/media attendees and local high-

level business people. Rebranded internal intranet site with new identity, and developed an internal campaign to

launch new site

• Developed/managed global project timelines; managed in-house trafficking of all creative content for product launch

with daily communication cross-departmentally and functionally.

• Handled all aspects for product launches including developing the technical brief, datasheets, packaging materials,

packaging design, photography, website, e-commerce, pricing, managing spiff's and sales incentives which positively

impacted strategic product pricing structure, placement in retail, and outreach to consumers.

• Assisted in primary logistical and strategic elements of several highly visible event marketing projects, to include

event coordination (Comdex), brand strategy development, internal/external collateral audit, external vendor audits.

This led to a cost savings of 40% in warehousing, print costs, and on-demand requests for materials through one
