Serves as a Program Specialist (Human Resources) and Deputy Adjutant, responsible for analyzing,

Maintains liaison with the AFSB and the civilian personnel office to obtain, clarify, or submit information

pertinent to human resource issues or any special projects assigned. Provides management advisory

services to Brigade management. Makes recommendations to management on sensitive personnel

actions/issues that may adversely affect employees. Supports 401st AFSB and servicing CPAC on topics

within the human resources and management arena to ensure personnel actions are submitted properly

and in a timely manner. Serves as the principal action officer on special assignments and requests for

personnel actions.

Analyzes proposed administrative changes to regulations and provides analysis, comments and

coordinates for response. Coordinates administrative taskers for response and prepares comments.

Researches answers to novel or unusual situations that involve various questions raised by AFSB-SWA

management officials or employees. Coordinates the resolution of key personnel issues with the servicing

personnel office. Ensure all personnel that arrive in theater are accounted for in the Defense Theater

Accountability Systems (DTAS), DSR and PERSTAT. Serve as lead action officer on all guidance, laws,

and policies pertaining to performance standards, and awards with responsibility for directing, guiding,

and integrating team members. Performs a variety of special nonrecurring projects and studies which

involve defining the problem, gathering data, coordinating, analyzing, evaluating, compiling, and

preparing final report or document management practices, position management and classification,

recruitment and merit placement, career program management, performance management, incentive and

awards. Coordinate and conducts quarterly Personnel Asset Inventory (PAI) to ensure accountability of

personnel assigned and attached to the Brigade. I oversee and administer human resources support

services for personnel readiness management, personnel accountability/strength reporting, time keeping

(ATAAPS), personnel information management, and casualty operations. Use persuasiveness and

imagination to find solutions and resolve unique and potential controversial problematic questions.
