As the Programming Manager, I supervised 40 employees (3 Supervisor) in order to achieve project deadlines

required by the User Department. Evaluate 5 to 10 products to determine, which product best meets the functions and

features required. Develop both a project implementation and migration plan to successfully implement the new

application. Manage the assigned project resources and track the project plan (Agile/Sure Step Methodology) to insure the

successful implementation of the application.
