M/S. Bhansali Engg. Polymers Ltd., a petrochemical based plant, an ISO

9001:2008 certified company, engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of

ABS (Acrylonitrile, Butadiene, Styrene) & SAN (Styrene Acrylonitrile)

Plastics and Resin plant, with technical collaboration with Sumitomo

Chemical Engineering Company and Sumitomo Naugatuck Ltd., Japan.

At present, the plant with rated capacity of 20,000 TPA & 400 crore

Turnover. After expansion to manufacture various grades of ABS resins

catering to the needs of various applications and customer requirements in

Appliances, Automobiles, Luggage and other white goods. Our customers are

The process is based on Emulsion and bulk Polymerization Techniques with

Nature of Work & Job Responsibilities:

> Responsible for maintaining the departmental records as

desired for

ISO 9001:2008 Company.

> Manpower planning & allocation of work to the workers at

shop floor. Implementations of TPM Technique to achieve

the organizational goals with zero accident, zero

defects & zero failure of plant equipments.

> Maintaining the appropriate inventory of spares &

expedites the monthly departmental performance against

the targeted performance control parameters.

> Review of activities of departments on daily basis,

planning & instructions to subordinates

for jobs to be done depending upon priorities and feed

back.

> Repair operations & maintenance of air compressors, PSA

type nitrogen gas plant, cooling towers,(natural

draught),water treatment plant,(water softener unit & De-

mineralized water plant).

> Maintenance of centrifugal pumps, agitators, blowers,

ball valves, screw conveyors, crushers, reactors.

Mechanical seal pumps, various types

Gearboxes, high speed mixers,

> Maintenance of FBC boiler, belt conveyors, bucket

elevators, vibrating

Sieve, coal crushing unit.
