Experience

Computer Repair Technician 2007-2013

I am a Certified Apple Macintosh Technician. I am skilled in diagnosing and

repairing using D7 TOOLS, MRI & AERD software. I have extensive experience

in both PC/Mac Computers. I have repaired hardware in most models of

Desktop/Laptop Computers including Windows and Apple Operating Systems,

specializing in Apple Macintosh products as well as Dell, HP, Sony, & Toshiba. I

have experience in using lots of different software from Microsoft Office

including Exchange, Word, & Excel to Iwork. I have Customer Service

experience assisting over the phone for DSL internet. I have knowledge of Telco.

software such as NISC, & ASSIA. I also have skills in going to

residential/business assisting in Network Setup and DSL connectivity issues. I

have also taken contract assignments in assisting companies in Computer

Machine Operator-Ran a Browne & Sharpe Lathe for 6 months at Vico until hired

full time at Vico and done some various temp. Jobs.

Abetter Temp’s 2003-2004

Machine Operator- Ran a CNC Strippit Turret machine for 6 months, company

never hired and I worked some other temp positions.

Order Picker/Warehouse- Picked and Packed children’s clothing and used RF

Scanning, lifted and loaded boxes of inventory.

Production /Labor- Lifted and Loaded Antique furniture for a family owned
