The purpose of Ariva HRM is to maintain the employee leave Management
system and employee personal details. It intelligently adapts to company
policy and allows employees and their managers to manage their leaves
without any intervention from HR. Different kinds of leave could be handled
through this application like Earned leave, Maternity leave, Paternity
Leave, Bereavement Leave and Medical leave. It provides many benefits such
as online leave application and approval, online access to leave balances,
online access to leave transactions to employees and managers.
ArivaHRM was mainly developed as a web based employee leave Management
system. It worked by splitting the year into four quarters. Earned leave
gives the flexibility for employees to take in the first quarter a max of 6
days and second to fourth quarter a max of 5 days. The other leave
structures were like maternity leave can go up to 3 months, Paternity leave
a max of 3 days, Bereavement leave for one week and Medical leave based on
employee health condition. Each user who is logging in to the HRM would be
displayed the balance leave count in each category. Also a list of approval
hierarchy would also be presented to the user. Additionally when the leave
application is complete, the system would automatically generate emails to
the respective hierarchical person and final approval would be by given by
HR.

This project was designed to build a convenient user interface to cover all
the report generation needs within a clinic based on two major Independent
Physician Association (IPA) Trinity (which caters to Humana, Universal and
Freedom Insurance vendors) and Transatlantic( which caters to Humana and
Universal insurance vendors). The user who is logging in would have to
select the IPA (radio button) for which he is trying to generate report.
After selection of IPA, the user would have specific user interface for
each different insurance vendor, based on which his report would be
generated. Some of the major claim reports are Membership reports, Cost
reports, Claim history report, Specialty report and Service Fund breakdown.
The major constraints on which the reports were getting generated (common
to all insurance companies) are Primary Care Physician (PCP), Date in which
the service was issued, Insurance Company and Claim amount. On 10th of
every month, the system would automatically generate and upload Per Member
Per Month (PMPM) report files to ArivaPCP webserver.

ClaiMate was an Online Application developed to track, manage and
maintain all the Medical Billing operation happening within a Doctor's
clinic. Additionally it provided a dashboard where a user can track all the
ongoing activities in the clinic in real time (like new patient reporting,
new drug being administered to a patient) as well as information regarding
incoming and outgoing claims. As this application can be accessed online,
Doctors working in different offices has the flexibility to open and access
patient details any time anywhere, see the details of the drugs already
administered as well as claims and payments on each visit. Another notable
feature implemented in Claimate is the capability to generate excellent
customizable graphical reports for overall management of expenses as well
as patient specific reports.
