EDUCATION .
Masters of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences
Campbell University, Buies Creek, NC. December 2013
Master’s Research Project:
“Characterization of the physiological response and toxicological sensitivity of TAMH (TGF- Alpha Transgenic
Mouse Hepatocytes) cells towards apoptotic drugs in different environments.”
The objective of the study was to monitor for differences in cell morphology, cell viability, toxicological sensitivity and
enzyme expression of hepatocytes cultured using three different methods- non-coated, thin collagen coated, and
sandwich collagen coated plates.
“Developing a purity indicating method for quinine using reverse phase HPLC”
The objective was to develop a method using HPLC to separate the quinine from the degraded quinine sulphate and
quinine hydrochloride samples.
Bachelor’s of Pharmacy
Osmania University, Hyderabad, AP, India. May 2011
Bachelor’s Research Project
“Development of Colon-Targeted Drug Delivery System for Tinidazole using Guar Gum, and Xanthan Gum
Polysaccharides.”
The objective was to study the dissolution and disintegration properties of tablets formulated with either of guar gum and
xanthan gum in simulated gastrointestinal fluids. The poster presentation was ranked first in - Novel Drug Delivery System
at an All India Conference National Institute of Technology-Warangal 2010.
