Objective:

To obtain a Process Manufacturing Technician position that will enable me to utilize my strong technical

background, my organizational skills and my creativity in solving complex problems.

Job Skills:

• Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOPs standard operating procedures and

documentations.

• Review manufacturing documentation real time to ensure compliance, Record data into log books, Propose and

review document revisions, Edit documentation using Master Control application.

• Perform scheduled cleaning of equipment, assembly, disassembly, and prepare of process equipment, Perform

standardization of equipment, and support change over activities.

• Execution of equipment and process qualifications, validation, and critical and routine production operations.

• Perform Batch Record, Log Book and Form Prep requests.

• Protein purification processes, Column Packing Chromatography processes (Ion-exchange, Size exclusion)

• Strong knowledge of High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).

• Protein quantitation Lowry and Bio-Rad assay methods.

• Buffer solution preparation, pH adjustment, pH and Conductivity testing.

• Perform CIP/SIP/COP checklist setup. Process Filters cleaning and Filters Integrity testing.

• Cell culture methods-prepared media by using sterile technique, fed and sub-cultured cells.

• Knowledge of electrical control systems. Experience with automated equipment: DCS, sensors, PLCs, hydraulic

and pneumatic systems.

• Able to work in team very efficiently.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to perform task independently under pressure

with minimal supervision.

• DNA electrophoresis and restriction analysis/ DNA

fingerprinting.

• ELISA-both direct and indirect methods.

• Bacterial transformation. Cell analysis by flow

cytometry.

• Problem solving and decision making.

• Troubleshoot and resolve process related issues.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Operate semi-automated and automated basic lab

equipment.

• Good Math and computer skills (Java, C/C++, Basic,

Pascal, HTML and Ladder Logic Programming).

• Strong knowledge of Pressure, Temperature, and

Flow control.
