Supervising the workers for a mixture of 2 and a half parts of sand, one bag of cement, testing the concrete mix using the following steps:

When hand thrust in the cement bag, it should feel cool. The cement color should be gray, no lumps formation.
I know the following procedure that must be done for concrete testing.
Size of the cylinder: 4x8 inch (10x200mm) 6x12 inch (150 x30mm)
Temping rod 5x8 inch used for 6x12inch cylinder or 3x8inch for 4x8inch cylinder
Rubber hammer, shovel, hand held wooden float, scope, wheelbarrow, curing box, thermometer for temperature of freshly concrete sample collection
Sampling concrete for cylinder must be obtained in the middle of concrete load.
