The process of transitioning business from WellPoint NextRx to Express-

Scripts was known as ESI Migration which was broken into two categories

WellPoint to realize the benefits of the improved ESI negotiated rate

structure for drugs while still processing the business on the WellPoint

tester I was involved in PolicyCenter customization with BA/SME's and in

validating according to the Autobusiness insurance process of American

Family Insurance. The major business jobs of a PolicyCenter is storing

in other products like BillingCenter and Contact Management System with

customer. Customer Online Billing System (COBS) is a web based application

running on oracle database. It is used to generate customer bills based on

their billing cycle date, retrieve billing history, view customer

transactions etc., which will be published on internet for online viewing

by the customers. The system also generates comprehensive reports of

revenue generation for each region, market and for each product like Long

distance, DIA/DSL etc., for internal sales planning. The Carrier Access

Billing System(CABS) is used to bill customers for accessing the

(CRIS) or the

Carrier Access Billing System (CABS) to bill AT&T's own customers and the

have infrastructure to support detailed APIs for placing orders for

detailed APIs like in SAFE, but to communicate with the SAPI wrapper

which in turn communicates with detailed APIs.
