Description:

The focus of this paper is forwards the efficient design of online

testable reversible adders such as ripple carry adder, carry skip adder and

BCD adder by using CTSG which is combined block of FG (Feynman Gate) and

OTG (online testable gate). The proposed online testable reversible adders

are demonstrated efficient in terms of number of reversible gates, garbage

outputs and unit delay.
