company became an entity perhaps best known for its charge card. Today,

Objective of this large program is to enhance eStatement application to
provide functionality that allows OPEN Card Members to synchronize their
financial data with their QuickBooks products directly from/to eStatement
application. Below are key deliverables for the phase approach
. Allowing CM to register their QuickBooks Online and Desktop products
with AMEX and authorizing AMEX to access/update their financial data
in QuickBooks.
. Allowing CM to synchronize Vendor (Merchant), Account (Category),
Class (Tag), Credit Card Charge (Debit Transactions), Credit Card
Credit (Credit Transactions) information
Also providing the CM with the ability to reconcile transactions in
eStatement application at AMEX end before synchronizing the data to
QuickBooks

months), Statement Extensions from ESDR. Statement extensions include

o Early pay & Defer pay information for PLUM cards
. Savings Accelerator and Interest protection for Emerald cards
. Card Member spend messages for Aurora cards.
. Pending Charges/Real Time charges from CAS
. Various types of expense management and summary reports
. Service Establishment information like Merchant name, address and
Parent company for the required merchant identifiers
