Description :

The project 'Online Crime file Management' is to develop a web application

which primarily focus on crime complaints posting on to the site. Using

web-service technology available, this task is accomplished as per the

requirements. Crime file posting is simply done without any registration for

the victims. The file will be maintained at the server till the complaints

action got complete, else a status is left for the victims who posted the

complaints.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Analysis of crime records to keep people alert.

Follow-up of the posted complaints and forwarding it to police station

near-by the address provided.

Status providing for each victims according to the system generated number

provided to them.

Performed System Testing, Database Testing and Regression Testing.

Defect Tracking and Reporting the bugs in Quality Center.

Maintained Daily and Weekly Status Report.

PROJECT #2:

Project : Online Movie Ticket Reservation.

Environment : Visual Studio 2008, SQL Server 2008

Duration : 2 months

Description :

The project 'Online Movie Ticket Reservation' objective is to provide the

users to book tickets online for limited number of theatres in Tamil Nadu.

Users can select the desired city and theatres to book their tickets. User

registration is provided to book tickets. A simple task of ticket booking

online is done using the new technology available in .NET framework called

WCF. It is very similar to the web-service and provide advance

functionalities than web-service. This website provides a complete view of

the Movie ticket booking website.

Involved in Requirement Specification review.

Development of test cases and tracking of the effort involved in test case

development.

Reviews of test cases.

Execution and tracking of test cases.

Reporting of bugs in Quality Center.
