Description: The crucial role of virtualization in networking is widely used in the internet and

telecom communication to provide composite network-cloud service provisioning. Networking plays

in Cloud computing calls for a holistic version that allows combined control, management, and

optimization of both networking and Cloudcomputing. Network virtualization is being adopted in

both telecommuni- cation and the Internet as a key attribute for the next generation networking. SOA

principle and review recent research progress on applying SOA to network virtualization.
