Perry Rohan is a 13 year veteran of the real estate industry specializing in sales, rentals, and property management services

Managing Broker, Real Estate and Property Management Company, Boca Raton/Delray Beach, FL – A licensed real
estate brokerage company specializing in residential rentals and management of rental properties throughout the South
Florida region. Managed a team of eight licensed and trained real estate agents along with skilled administrative and property
management professionals who help renters find properties and landlords find tenants for single family houses,
condominiums, townhomes and multifamily properties. Managed a portfolio of single and multifamily rental properties
responsible for all aspects of leasing, finance, maintenance, renovation and repair services provided by dozens of service
contractors as needed for each individual project.
Residential Property Manager, South Florida – Responsible for tenant acquisition and management of residential rental
properties including single family houses, duplex/triplex/quadplex, townhomes and condominium properties as per the
requirements of each individual property owner. Manage all leases in accordance with state and local legal requirements.
Personally conduct move in/move out procedures and safety inspections, manage all maintenance and repair requirements
and perform evictions when necessary in conjunction with appropriate legal representation. Personally administrate all
property finances via a web-based property management system designed by Yardi called Point2Property Manager.
Commercial Property Manager, Miami, FL - Responsible for identification, selection and management of leasehold
properties for a chain of Gymnastic schools. Handled all aspects of lease negotiation, site development and build-out, legal
and insurance requirements and coordinated and/or performed all scheduled maintenance on physical property and equipment
as per requirements of the Landlord. .
Apartment Community Manager, Delray Beach, FL - Responsible for leasing and management of 102 privately-owned
one, two and three bedroom apartments being rented on an annual basis. Employ a full-time administrative and maintenance
staff; manage all financial, operational and leasehold functions including leasing, rent collection, maintenance and repair,
eviction and management reporting to the ownership group.
Community Association Manager, Treasure and Space Coast, FL - Served as a Licensed Community Association
Manager for nine condominium and homeowner associations throughout the Treasure and Space Coast regions of Central
Florida. Managed financial budgets, meeting agendas and official notices, coordinated maintenance and repair issues from
notification to problem resolution. Provided excellent customer service and received positive feedback from all board
members.
Director of Marketing & Sales, Las Vegas, NV - Responsibilities included managing a staff of 13 sales and administrative
people for this 275 unit condominium tower, in a pre-construction sales environment; directing all aspects of marketing,
advertising and public relations with a budget of nearly $1 million dollars; overseeing a nation-wide sales effort with heavy
emphasis on the cooperating agent channel. Achieved “project sold” level of 50% within 9 months allowing the developer to
secure their construction funding and begin developing the property
