Project Title:Automatic Ghee Filling System at Aavin Tamilnadu Co-operation Milk
Producers Limitad,Erode
Description:
Creating an automated unit that used to fill the 500ml of ghee bottle without using
man power.When push button is ON conveyer belt starts rotating with the help of
synchronous motor and empty bottles are placed on the conveyar belt.The bottle
moves in accordance with the conveyer and IR sensor is placed at the end of the
conveyer.When bottles reach IR sensor,which detects the bottle and switches the
motor OFF similarly the timer and solenoid valve are switched ON automatically
by using relay at certain time period.After filling, the ghee bottle is taken away
and at that point conveyer starts rotating automatically.
CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Undergone “Process Automation Using Programmable Logic Controllers &
Distributed Control Systems Overview” course for about five days,conducted by
Yokogawa India Limited during 26th-30th Augest 2011.
Attended the “National Workshop on Process Automation Using Programmable
Logic Controller” at Bannari Amman Institute Of Technology,Sathyamangalam
held during 8th-10th September 2011.

Undergone five days In-Plant Training in Sakthi Sugars Limited,Apakudal during
