While managing the farm I learned to balance several jobs at once. A major part of my job was sales that included local customers at farm markets
as well as larger business. Also I set up rotational grazing and improved the farm conditions for the animals. In addition to raising the animals I
took great interest in the final meat product and worked part time in the family owned butcher shop.

All throughout working at the butcher shop I worked on my customer relation skills as well as duties as an office secretary. I also directed a small
