As a handyman, I have the knowledge to fix a variety of different things. I helped maintain the building by inspecting

air conditioning, heating units, plumbing, generators and all other items.

I made sure the floors; hallways, workstations, windows, etc. were clean. I also inspected the grounds to make sure

walk areas were safe and clean. I kept everyone informed of safety measures that should be followed. I helped

maintain the building property by repairing and performing renovations as needed.

I was a porter in the maintenance of the building. I took care of minor repairs. Very similar to a handyman. I cleaned

building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. I gathered and emptied trash. I cleaned windows,

glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners. In general, I helped keep the building running.
