Oversee 2 million dollar restaurant with 20+ current staff. Conduct all hiring and training of any and all potential

associate or management candidates. Monthly P&L reconciliation based on all aspects of the restaurants

necessities. Weekly food audits and orders in regards to potential sales increases, decreases and special

orders. Weekly staff schedules based on coordinated labor grids in regards to sales and average wage within

the restaurant. Daily shift management.

Tenured manager and associate within the same company since 2006 at the starting age of 16. Currently

the youngest general manager within the company that has close to 200 restaurants. Coordinated, ran and

overseen franchise training stores in which I spend up to two months opening a franchise restaurant. This

positions obligation include creating my training team, training a complete new staff at a brand new franchise

store. Working hand and hand with new management while coaching them on the companies operational

obligations as well as philosophy and promise.

Currently my restaurant sits within the top 5 stores in Columbus based on Sales, Turnover, PAC, Promise

Fulfillment Evaluation and Guest Satisfaction. Sales growth since my arrival as the General Manager is just

below 10% sitting at 9.7%. My restaurant has grown in all aspects of the job since my arrival. We've built a

family.
