I have 3 years field experience doing residential installation new construction, remodels, and change-outs.

I’ve spent the last six months doing commercial installation new construction. Installing high efficiency

split systems mini splits and 7 to 25 ton package units, lots of spiral, square and round duct. I can read

blueprints manage small and large projects the most cost effective and productive way for maximum

company profit. I’ve also ran my own direct sales business for 6 years which blessed me with great

communication skills and made me aware first hand of the ups and downs of business and managing

people.

I started knowing nothing about commercial installation. For a company that did everything HVAC and

plumbing. My ability to learn quickly and follow instructions along with being reliable and always having

a fantastic learning exp.

moved thru the ranks quick within a year I owned and operated my own Kirby franchise with no help or

took to work 6 days a week, door to door straight commission no benefits. I handled everything payroll,

taxes bank accounts hiring firing and everything else that comes with running your own business.
