Summary of Professional Experience
Since 1992, Mr. Throneberry has operated, Architectural Design Services, a sole proprietorship. Work has
encompassed a wide range of building types, including: Residential, Military, Healthcare, Hospital, Industrial, Day
Care, Religious, Recreational, Hotel, Commercial, Educational, Food Service, Restaurant, Prison, Jail, and Corrosion
Control projects.
Mr. Throneberry served as the senior architect for the contracting firm providing on -site architectural and engineering
services for Arnold Air Force Base, located in Tullahoma, TN. Design and project management was provided for jet-
engine test facilities, military base-housing and administration buildings that included 800 structures over the 40,000
acre campus. He also directed the Corrosion Control Protective Coatings Program, and was the Base Architectural
Compatibility Manager, and in conjunction with the system-wide DoD program, worked to improve the overall
appearance, aesthetics and efficiency, and compliance with energy, LEED and ADA regulations.
Mr. Throneberry has recently served as a senior construction project manager overseeing all phases of design,
procurement, construction, infrastructure, and environmental aspects on projects for government, military and private-
sector clients, with all projects having a proven history of on-time, on-budget, and high-quality completions.

overall project management, from developing project scope, A/E selection and design review, client contact, design
