Oversee all new product rollouts, merchandising initiatives, customer relationship development, and
leadership development. Responsible for all meat, seafood, deli and bakery department sales and
retail operations in multi district territory.

Selected Achievements:
Instrumental in designing and planning new meat and seafood departments in new and
existing markets. New designed was developed to increase consumer purchases of high margin items
resulting in a 75 basis point increase in overall margin.
Trained and developed associates for corporate advancement. Successfully promoted 18 meat
cutters to meat managers in a 15-year span.
Implemented a Meat Service case program to include training and roll out in new and
existing markets. Service case initiative resulted in a 20% increase in consumer dynamic studies of
the Florida market. This resulted in moving from 4th to 2nd in the marketplace.
Developed exciting new retail cuts, along with Standard Practice updates to support new
product launch. The new product launch delivered increased sales and margins as well as improved
