classified and declassified information in support of detainee litigation processes to identify all information that

is classified and the level of classification based on the classification guidance of the DoD Component Original

Classification Authorities (OCAs) or their representatives, Executive Order 12958, as amended, "National

Security Information," DoD directives, regulations, policy issuances and Component security classification

guides.

• Mr. Register assisted in the preparation of classified and unclassified summaries with original classification

authorities, their representatives, and attorneys involved in the detainee litigation processes.

• Analyses and Coordination of Classification/Declassification Reviews: Mr. Register made recommendations

for classification and declassification decisions on behalf of the Originating Classification Authority (OCA) and

their representatives.

• Mr. Register coordinated classification and declassification equities with other DoD and national level

agencies, Military Departments, and Combatant Commands in a fast paced interagency environment.

CT/All Source Intelligence Analyst

SAIC - May 2006 to October 2009

Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) TRIDENT

• While deployed to Ramadi, Al Anbar Province Iraq, Mr. Register served in the N2 department as an All Source

Analyst and contributed heavily to a team that managed to capture and detain 11 High Value Individuals/

Targets (HVI/HVT) during his deployment.

• Conducted tactical intelligence support to Naval Special Warfare (NSW), while functioning as a knowledge

base for building and focusing GWOT intelligence support capabilities for NSW intelligence at large.

• Provide real time reach back support to include but not limited to targeting terrorist personalities, call chaining

and interrogation assistance for Special Operation Forces (SOF) operating in Theater

• Responsible for analyzing quick turn-around, actionable Intelligence, in a timely matter for SOF forces to

respond appropriately to environment in theater

• Utilize tools mentioned above to assist in providing intelligence to SOF forces operating forward that would

not have access to.

Mobile Operational Trainer

SAIC - 2004 to 2006

Distributed Common Ground System - Navy (DCGS-N) Operational Assist Team

• Trained and assisted US Navy Units abroad in performing Precision Guided Targeting on targets of interest

• Responsible for performing classroom and afloat training on DCGS-N systems, primarily the Precision

Targeting Workstation (PTW), JSIPS-N Concentrator Architecture (JCA) and Tactical Exploitation Segment-

Navy (TES-N). Additional systems trained are but not limited to IESS, IPL, IPLAC, and Visual Coverage Tool

(VCT).

• Responsible for assisting with curriculum development and maintenance of training materials (syllabi

and Sailor's Gouge's), conduct Phase III training and aim point certifications in accordance with published

schedules.

• Provided Imagery Intelligence and Collection Management expertise to DCGS-N test and development

process.

• Improved capability of the fleet by providing over 3,600 hours of training to sailors and marines throughout

the fleet.

• Conducted Deployed Group System Integration and testing (DGSIT) on JSIPS-N Suites on US Aircraft

Carriers.

Imagery Analyst

U.S Naval Forces Central Command - 2002 to 2004

Manama, Bahrain 5th Fleet

Conducted first phase, theater level imagery interpretation, providing direct IMINT support for more than 10

Carrier Battle Groups and more than 4 Amphibious Readiness Groups operating within the Fifth Fleet Area

of Responsibility (AOR). Additional IMINT, fusion analysis, and time sensitive targeting efforts contributed to

the successful operations of Southern Watch (OSW), Enduring Freedom (OEF), Iraqi Freedom (OIF), and

for multiple Maritime/Leadership Interdiction Operations (MIO/LIO) within the Arabian Gulf. Produced more

than 12,000 first-phase NTM products, approximately 1,000 of which provided direct support to TLAM mission

planning. Confirmed movements of hostile forces and equipment threatening U.S. assets. Additional duties

Included:

• Identified and produced intelligence from raw satellite imagery using advanced ELT systems (REMOTE

VIEW, SOCET SET, VITec, MATRIX, PTWEB)

• Provided over 2,500 indications and warning (I&W) imagery products to support naval units operating in the

Northern, Central and Southern Arabian Gulf.

• Processed and analyzed intelligence data and prepare/present briefings in support of Global War on

Terrorism (GWOT)

• Prepared material for use in reconnaissance missions

Forward Deployed Naval Forces Japan - 1998 to 2002

• Responsible for daily Intelligence briefing with operational focus on the Pacific and Central Fleets, as well as

charts and verify their currency. Annotate/display hard/soft copy maps and charts. Calculate target distance,
