To Whom It May Concern
I have held positions as a broker, marketer, structurer and analyst in the energy space. Among all capacities I would say I was most enthusiastic and fulfilled as researcher/analyst during my time at Mitsui Energy Risk Management, where I wrote a daily news and technical report as well as regular strategy/forecasting reports that ultimately supported my trading and hedging structures for our global client base.
I would enjoy an opportunity to explain my background with this firm and how I believe I could contribute to the team.
Sincerely
P. Thomas Doremus

Designated lead strategist for formulating hedge structures to meet customers’ specific risk profiles. Strategies employed were prepared to exploit the shape of the forward swap curves and/or option volatility skew to extract the most value for the customer. Used technical analysis of price charts to support forecasted changes in market prices as well as to time optimal initiation of hedge structures. The eventual market price outcome predicted by the technical analysis included in the hedge presentations proved to be so accurate in timing, scope and duration, it led to writing a daily crude oil market technical report that was distributed to customers covered by all branch offices around the world.
