8/2011 – Present Bourne West Const., Inc. Monument, CO. Construction Manager. I perform piping, ductwork, electrical and structural interferences analysis to identify field conflicts before they actually became a field problem.

9/2001 – 7/2011 Federal Contracting Inc., dba Bryan Construction, Inc. Colorado Springs, CO. VP of Commercial Operations. Began in estimating and was very successful. I was promoted to Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, VP of Pre-Construction, and eventually to VP of Commercial Operations. Typical project sizes were $25M to $50M and I’ve successfully managed over $500 million in construction contracts with this firm with a strong client referral list. I’ve developed a solid background as the team lead in Design/Build work for the US Army Corp of Engineers and for private sector clients. I have very solid entitlement, design, contract, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover experience.

5/1997 – 8/2001 FCC Construction, Inc. Colorado Springs, CO. Senior Project Manager. Typical project sizes of $5 million to $20 million. Emphasis on site cast tilt wall and precast structures. I Increased my margins on all assignments.

5/1990 – 5/1993 Gilbert Commonwealth, Inc. Engineers and Consultants. Reading, PA. Project Controls Engineer. Assignments included cost and schedule control on five coal fired Power Plants worth $400M and the Allenwood Prison Complex with construction costs of approximately $350 million.
