Description To carry out Application Maintainance and
Application Development activities for Letter
Staging Server (LSS), Network Activation Service
delivery Module(NA-SDM) and Bridging Server (BS).
LSS, DHS Brev, DHS Faktura are customised
applications which are used to generate
confirmation letters and Invoices in
DOC1-readable format. The DOC1 (Group1 Software
by Pitney Bowes) then generates printable
letters/invoices from these formats and then
sends these letters and invoices to the
customers.
NA-SDM is a customised middleware application
which does order validation, enrichment and
request formation before sending to the Network
for Activation.
Bridging Server is a customised middleware
application which is used to synchronize data and
process orders to be sent to billing system.
1. Manage a team size of 8 at offshore and
playing the role of on-site coordinator for all
the applications.
2. Gather the requirements from clients for AD
work, design the solution and communicate the
same to offshore.
3. Communicating with third party vendors (Pitney
Bowes, London, UK) to get the deliverables and
performing status meetings between TCS and third
party vendors.
4. Proactively Monitoring the Applications for
issues and fixing the Incidents raised by
Telenor.
5. Providing Impact Analysis and Estimates for
analysis, development, testing, and support, for
various Change Requirements in the applications.
6. Maintaining Code Versioning for various
releases in MKS Integrity Client or in GIT.
7. Preparing deployment document and scripts to
be deployed in PRODUCTION.
8. Strictly adhering to the SLA's and delivering
the deliverables in time.

Description Oracle Communications Order and Service
Management (previously Oracle Communications
Provisioning) is a next-generation solution that
helps communications service providers streamline
and automate their complex order management
processes. Oracle Communications OSM enables
service providers to rapidly introduce new,
emerging services, as well as cost effectively
scale the delivery of mass-market services
through fully automated order management - all on
one convergent platform for current and
next-generation services and technologies.
Oracle's ASAP (Automated Service Activation
Processor) was used for activation.
1. Developed an Integration Service layer (CORP)
between OSM and EAI system (web Methods).
2. Attended hands on experience training in
Oracle OSM 6.3.1 conducted by Oracle consultants.
3. Designed the process flows by developing the
cartridges in OSM Admin.
4. Automated process flows using the out of box
plug-ins that comes with the product.
5. Developed Custom plug-ins by extending
out-of-box functionalities.
6. Deployment of Cartridges and .EAR files in all
environments.

Description SCOM2007 (System Center Operation Manager)
previously known as MOM (Microsoft Operations
Manager) is a performance and event monitoring
product which allows monitoring of numerous
computers in a Network. A Management Pack is an
XML document that defines the settings needed to
monitor specific software or hardware. We place
this software called as agent on the system which
needs to be monitored. When an alert occurs this
agent detects it and forwards it to the SCOM
server which generates a notification to the
administrator to proactively react to the
failures before they interrupt the productivity.
1. Created Management packs for various computers
in the network.
2. Deployed all the Management packs on the
server SCOM Server.
3. Monitoring the notifications to react
proactively to the failures.

Project Intranet Mailing System and a Discussion Forum
Description The Project allows the users of an organization
to send and receive mails within the same
organization in an intranet environment and use
