sector of HealthSpring. These clinics are designed to promote health and

wellness for HealthSpring members. The Living Well practice serves to

assist primary care physicians with meeting Medicare STARS, HEIDIS and

Partners for Quality recommendations.

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations for HealthSpring members with

emphasis on preventative health and maintenance of acute and chronic
