- Witness and do visual inspection and FAT of Instrument discipline (Control Valve, SDV, ESD, BSD, Temperature Indicator Transmitter, Flow Indicator Transmitter, Infrared Flame Detector, Imaging Flame Detector, Infrared Point Gas Detector, Heat Detector, Smoke Detector )
- Witness and do visual inspection SAT (at offshore) and ISAT (at offshore) of electrical and instrument device with vendor and client as per PO
- Do Verification material after Visual inspection and FAT finished and make IRN.
- Make MVR after the material, device and tools arrived at offshore
- Supervision, Monitoring & Witness all Electrical and Instrument activities to ensure compliance with specification, drawing, code of practices and client specification.
- Maintain daily of activities.
- Ensure that all Electrical and instrument related activities are performed safely and in compliance with project specification, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Read and understand project design drawings and documents in order to obtain specific knowledge of project work scope
- Prepare punch list and coordinate with the construction is priority for inspection
