PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Shen Holding CJSC, Yerevan, Armenia, 03/2011 – 08/2013

Started as a Project Manager and finished as a Board Member, Head of Strategic Development Division. This is a privately-held Company having diversified business lines (production of construction material, mining, retail business, and architectural design and construction services). The Company is the leader in the country in the production of construction materials.

• Formulated the Companies Strategic Development directions along with implementation plan and presented to the Board of Directors.

• Responsible for establishment of business units from initiation up to full completion. In two years completed 2 major projects (manufacturing and a retail DIY store projects).

• Extensive experience in all phases of project oversight with a proven ability to overcome the technical and business objectives to ensure business requirements and productive operation.

ATMC CJSC is a privately-held manufacturing Company involved in mining of natural travertine stone and production of high quality tiles. It was established in 2004 and introduced its first production in the end of 2008.

• Was responsible for establishment sales network locally and internationally. During the year of hardest financial crisis and dropped construction volumes, through increasing international sales volume and optimizing production costs in 1 year brought the Company to a self sustainable level.

• Have participated on International Exhibitions (Moscow, Verona, and Dubai) and established long term contractual relations.

This is small however well respected, privately-held Consulting & Research Company based in Yerevan, Armenia. The Company mainly was providing accounting & tax services as well as conducting researches in economic, entrepreneurial (including marketing), financial and other fields in Armenia.

• Managed the Project of Assessment of the Administrative Capacities of State Tax Service o f the Republic of Armenia according to the EU Fiscal Blueprints. Developed and used “Expert Assessment” methodology for achieving equilibrium in evaluation. Prepared and presented Final Report along with presentations to stakeholders and International Organizations. Developed a MS Project plan and drive project milestones to completion.

• Wrote proposals for tenders and was responsible for revision of all outgoing reports and articles from the point of view of Company’s “censorship” and the correctness of the addressed message.

• Designed and carried the supervision of the system development for archiving Company’s information data. Was responsible for putting in use the system in the Company. Prepared a detailed user manual.

I have started the business in partnership with close friends with very limited investment. In the beginning all the works we were doing ourselves starting with design and finishing with store delivery. During 4 years of business our capital has grown 50 times.

• Co-author of several educational board games. Translated to Armenian language and/or localized educational games for Armenian market.

• Extensive experience with working with graphical software and design for print production.

• In the initial stage of the business have established retail sales network as well as long term whole sale relations with commercial and non-profit organizations.

The Company is an international trading organization based in Germany. One of business directions of the Company is trading of raw semiprecious stones. Company has strong agent network through which they always get the best possible quality of almost all kinds of semiprecious stones. I was the first agent of this Company in Armenia and was supplying raw smoky obsidian. I have started my activities from very initial stage up to having regular shipments.
