D. Job Summary and Key responsibility :

1. Be responsible to ensure high quality of laboratory testing procedure.

2. Be responsible for monitoring external quality control as coordination with National Public Health

Laboratory.

3.To supervise, co-operate, coaches and manage the performance of staffs from sample collection to

reporting test results.

4.Be able to work in complex environment with multiple task, short deadlines and intense pressure to

perform.

5.Be responsible for timely and quality write up and submission of quarterly, semi- annual and annual

reports of laboratory with input of monitoring and evaluation.

6. To facilitate workshops planned under the hospital/ project.

7. 15 days working experience in Family Planning Association of Nepal, central office, Harihar

Bhawan, Kathmandau.
