content for need to obtain prior approval from authorized payer.

• Marketing programs such as preparing and providing informational brochures;

write and place advertisements, answering questions and conducting facility

tours to potential residents and family members with 80% conversion ratio of

tours to admissions.

• Ensure level of care approval obtained as indicated and / or OBRA screen

(PASSAR, MIMR) is completed.

•Ensure specialized equipment is ordered as indicated from admissions screening

and assessment.
