Generation Mortgage -
Instrumental in increasing Generation Mortgage brand awareness 100% in the first year by introducing branding strategies that developed multi-channel identity and lead generation programs showcasing a new ‘look & feel’ that nationally re-launched the brand. Compressed strategic entry plans accelerating the company and products re-launch initiative that in a year and-a-half took Generation Mortgage, GMC, from last place in the Reverse Mortgage industry to being named the largest independent company in its category.
Developed and oversaw all the traditional and social networking marketing programs, Branding Standardization, creative, collateral, media relations and customer relationship marketing (CRM) policies for all three GMC’s Divisions: Retail, Wholesale and Affinity: each one needed advertising, direct response and digital marketing, promotions, tradeshow and event presence. Due to GMC’s marketing and branding visibility recruited top talent. Concepted, wrote headlines and copy for all the compelling ads, sales support pieces and tradeshow exhibits.
Radically improved the GMC brand web presence; created a new website; developed unique, easy to use sales rep (SaaS) micro sites; implemented (SEO) marketing programs -- organic and PPC – social and digital media, all analyzed with tracking metrics.
Created solutions untried in this industry at the time – one was an online, sales rep ‘microsites’ (similar to Salesforce.com, but at a quarter of the cost) for individual loan officers, others were customizable collateral for wholesale financial partners and focused campaigns that gave Generation Mortgage (a startup company) an industry leadership role.

Pivotal in providing strategic insights to Internationally launch an Enterprise Content Management SaaS company: Network Query Language, spearheading a global introduction and branding effort. The integrated multi-channel strategic marketing campaign established instant credibility and generated 13,000 downloads of quantifiable leads within the first two weeks of launch.

o A SaaS Internet Enabled Back Office Solution called TRIUMPH for Utilihost, an IT Service Provider for the Energy Industry.
Instrumental in creating very successful and conceptual branding that reshaped and targeted capability perceptions that factored in increased sales of more than a billion dollars for Raytheon Corp, a DoD contractor; Led Raytheon’s Executive Management Teams and Program Director Engineers for 14 Years in creating global marketing and communications campaigns that targeted and won pursuit and capture DoD RFPs worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
